The Taylor Bennett Foundation has won the Collaboration & Partnership Award at the Race For Opportunity Awards, which are organised by Business In The Community as part of its commitment to improving employment opportunities for ethnic minorities across the UK. The awards’ judges particularly commended the ambitious length and scope of the TBF training courses, and also cited the number and range of partners involved as a winning factor.
Commenting on the award, Taylor Bennett Foundation Director Anne Groves said: “This award means so much to us. Since Taylor Bennett started the programme four years ago with the support of Brunswick and UEL, over 70 trainees have been through the course, over 70% of whom are now working in the communications industry. We are hugely appreciative of our supporters and business partners, and believe that, together, we are helping to change the face of the communications industry”.
