Become A Partner

The Taylor Bennett Foundation’s work is only possible because of the support of numerous companies and individuals working in the PR, communication and media sectors, and beyond. There are a number of ways you can support the Foundation – including becoming a principal partner on one of our training programmes.

Each of our ten-week training programmes has a principal partner which provides both financial support in the region of £30,000 and hosts the trainees for approximately one day each week.

Principal partners play a vital role in enabling the work of the Foundation and in ensuring we are able to fulfil our key objective of providing trainees with an allowance to cover living and travel costs while they take part.

Partners are actively involved in the programmes they support. The precise role varies according to the partner’s wishes, but usually includes: input on the design and delivery of the actual course; participation in the trainee selection process at the Assessment Day; and delivering sessions to and setting assignments for the trainees.

Principal partners enjoy a unique relationship with the trainees on each programme they support.

Those staff members actively involved in the programme on the partner’s side will get to know the trainees well over the ten weeks and will personally see those trainees’ progression, and how the partner’s support is truly equipping future industry leaders to pursue their individual communication careers.

Many partners also utilise the assessment process and the training sessions they deliver to offer practical professional development opportunities for their own employees.

The Foundation also promotes the support of current principal partners across all of its events and communications.

Current and past programme partners include: Brunswick, Finsbury, FTI Consulting, Charlotte Street Partners, Standard Life, MHP, Red Consultancy, Talk PR and Edelman.
