At Accenture, Marketing + Communications is responsible for global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; digital marketing; recruitment marketing; thought leadership content development, client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns. Job SummaryWe’re seeking a motivated and strategic Marketing Specialist who can work collaboratively with our acquisition Edenhouse and across Accenture teams. They should have a genuine interest in transformative technology and be comfortable juggling a variety of distinct projects at once. The Specialist will report into the Marketing Manager for Accenture’s UKI Ecosystems relationships and work closely with key people at our acquisition Edenhouse and within the Accenture SAP business. Note that Edenhouse was recently acquired by Accenture so a key part of this role will be to help integrate Edenhouse and Accenture and ensure a joined up message to market and all our audiences. The Specialist will design, develop and deploy projects, both in-house and externally. The candidate will be experienced in communications, marketing strategy, channel management and stakeholder management with strong knowledge of ERP solutions. They will also be highly proactive and have a flexible and collaborative work style - to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders and colleagues. They will have excellent writing skills and experience in content development and marketing - including social and digital marketing. The successful candidate will have the experience and the confidence to take a detailed brief from stakeholders and bring it from concept to reality. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and a high-level of comfort handling multiple projects at any one time. The candidate should be comfortable working at speed, with a high attention to detail. The role will include working with our roster of specialist agencies, business stakeholders and global and local marketing teams. Key Responsibilities/Position Details Support the Marketing Manager for Ecosystems on key initiatives. Take marketing activities from concept through development, implementation and measurement. Implement marketing programmes required across new business, Installed Base and with partners Execute programmes and strategies to promote the organizations products and services through digital channels to increase exposure and business with the target audience Co-ordinate, manage and implement digital marketing programmes and report on effectiveness Identify customer marketing databases and liaise with telemarketing organisations where appropriate Data mining and analysis of customer data to develop marketing trends Manage agency relationships with a range of external suppliers to produce creative marketing and communication materials and channels for customers Tracks campaign outcomes and performance trends for campaigns and digital to review effectiveness and lead quality Assist on social media marketing and online community management Responsible for driving customer quotes, referenceability and case studies Assist and support a range of events including tradeshows, conferences, seminars and workshops including completing required paperwork and managing logistics Responsible for lead upload proccess and ensuring leads are accurate and up to date and correctly assigned in the our CRM system Create a variety of marketing collateral. This may include things like Powerpoint decks, LinkedIn articles, podcasts, videos, social media posts. You may not write/design these yourself, but you need to have good writing skills and enough expertise at content creation to supervise agencies and freelancers doing the production work. Create and maintain strong supplier relationships.
