BCW Propel Programme

About Propel

Propel is BCW’s 9 month entry-level programme, aspiring to support greater representation of underrepresented talent in our industry.

Our programme is designed to cultivate and kickstart your career in communications, designed to equip you with the tools and experience you need to learn and grow within our industry to hopefully, one day, become our next generation of communications leaders.

BCW Propel is partnering with the Taylor Bennett Foundation - a charity that exists to encourage people from black, Asian, and minority ethnic backgrounds to pursue a career in communications. This partnership underpins our common ambition to continue to improve representation across the communications industry.

As communication professionals, our purpose is to create moments and connections that move people – and sometimes even our world. We exist to bridge the gap between client and audience through powerful storytelling, unique insights and innovative technologies.

You may not know a single thing about this industry, but if you are curious about how your favourite brands and companies develop ideas, sell their missions and educate their audiences, then this is the place to learn more.

You can leave the printing and tea-making skills at the door. We’ll give you the opportunity to walk into a dynamic and global team and help produce award-winning creative campaigns for clients. You’ll get a mix of training and invaluable on-the-job experience that will kick start your career in communication.

Irrespective of degrees or experience, we are looking for those with a diverse range of passions from creative, media & digital who will take our agency forward over the next decade. Whether you studied Art or Zoology, skipped university or college, or have already had a career and are looking for a different industry, if a career in communications appeals to you, take the first step, and complete our application form below.

All we ask from you is a raw passion for story-telling, a great attitude and for you to bring your unique perspectives to work, just like we do, every day.

BCW (in partnership with Taylor Bennett Foundation) will be hosting a virtual Propel information session on December 12th (12.00pm-12.45pm). This session will provide further details on the programme, the application process and an opportunity to ask questions!
