PR Internship

Role Purpose

To provide assistance and logistical support across the business. 

You will be assisting our small team in a supporting role but your core purpose will be to take ownership of day-to-day logistical tasks – these will include scheduling meetings, booking event venues, collating research, information and lists, social media management, co-ordinating travel, office management etc.

Though you’ll be holding an internship position, this role is instrumental in the development and execution of PR plans, strategies, and overall performance of the business and team. It is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world’s biggest talent, brand, and charity names. Therefore, your goal is to help with the smooth and successful running of the company’s daily operations.

Importantly, this 4-week position will give the candidate unrivalled experience and a chance to get trained by fantastic Senior publicists. This individual will be part of the team and we’ll encourage extensive professional learning, education and growing over the month-long period. 


  • Be available to help all team members in an administrative, supportive role 
  • Be organised in every aspect of the job to ensure efficient activity in a high-pressured environment 
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with the team, clients and third-party suppliers
  • Managing and organising press samples, lists, and research tasks
  • Support daily on the company’s social media accounts 

Personal Profile 

  • Computer literate on Word and Excel - excellent grammar and spoken English 
  • Have a good knowledge of Instagram / TikTok / Twitter [Instagram most important]
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills with the ability to multi task 
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Polite, friendly, confident telephone and email manner at all times
  • Willing to take direction and feedback in a positive, open way
  • Some office / industry experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Having an interest in the industry and clients is a must

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. The candidate must be willing to be flexible given the demands and nature of the industry. Post Covid-19 there is office / WFH flexibility but office work is likely 3-4days per week.
