Brunswick Group is looking to bolster its growing Digital practice with an Executive to join the Digital team in London. The ideal candidate will have an active and demonstrable interest in communication and social and/or digital media.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience using digital tools and social media to achieve communications objectives
  • Experience leveraging and measuring efforts on social media platforms to achieve business objectives, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and other new media (both paid and organic)
  • Experience with digital tools preferred, including a monitoring / analytics system (such as Radian6, Sysomos, Sprinklr or Spredfast; Facebook and Google analytics)
  • Experience with design programs preferred, but not required (Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Robust personal experience with social media a plus, but not required (e.g. a blog, Twitter etc.)
  • Ability to operate in fast pace, client service environment
  • Exceptional research, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt content to suit different publication channels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Interest in financial and business issues
  • Problem-solving skills and detail orientation
  • Creative
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to exhibit discretion with confidential client matters
  • An understanding of financial terminology a plus
  • Attention to detail

Communication Skills

  • Prepare well-written, organized and thoughtful documents and correspondence
  • Express a point of view in a thoughtful manner; able to analyse and distil complex information
  • Use judgment in deciding what information should be shared and what should not


  • Willingly and actively pursue additional responsibility and role on the team; take initiative
  • Keep colleagues informed of project status; develop action plans/meeting notes as appropriate
