A strategic comms agency is looking for an Intern to join their team for 8 weeks.

If you’re a self-starter who is looking to kick start their communications career working on big brands and campaigns, this could be the role for you. Our coaching and buddy systems will ensure you have the support and guidance needed to succeed in the world of comms.

What will you be doing?

• Support the team in drafting written materials including press releases, invitations, social posts, web copy, contact reports, influencer outreach, activity reports and client emails.
• Gain an understanding of our clients’ work through joining team meetings and shadowing day-to-day activity 
• Have a keen eye on a variety of media, influencer and social platforms to gain an understanding of how to target them effectively and how materials are tailored to different channels.
• Provide research, organisational and administrative support as required. 

Essential skills / experience 

• You are eager to learn and passionate about communications.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills across a range of formats with a strong attention to detail.
• An interest in media and current affairs
• Have a can-do attitude.
• A team player with the desire to get stuck in from day one.
