Overview & purpose:

Don’t Cry Wolf has an incredible opportunity for an open, honest and ambitious person to join its core team. We’re a creative agency with brand activism at our core, meaning that whatever we do, we’re doing it in a way that fights inauthenticity, injustice and irrelevance. That’s as true of our client work as it is in the way we work with each other.

That’s why we’re after a new member of the team who’s excited about working closely with DCW’s epic crew on big client campaigns and brand projects to manage the delivery of standout work. Meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations and helping to make DCW famous for our creative work and brand activism heart are what make us all tick, so we’re after someone who’s on the same wavelength. Whether it’s on a full bells and whistles campaign launch or managing a client brief through our internal studio teams, this person will balance being the day-to-day coordinator, project manager and details person connecting all activity from inception through to launch whilst getting stuck in when the time is right on execution and delivery. A supportive consultant for our internal teams and an extraordinary account and projects manager that love themselves a bit of Asana (our PM platform), this person can happily ask for or give sound advice, is comfortable in client settings and is always up for a lovely chat with their team.

We have access to Soho Works, giving lounge membership to our team and enabling them to work from multiple locations. However, we do operate a flexible working model, meaning that we can decide where we work based on the workload and schedule. Obviously, we need to be in the office when there are client or team meetings, and it’s really important to have time together to build relationships, but how and where you work is ultimately down to you.
