That’s why we’re after a new member of the team who’s excited about working closely with DCW’s epic crew on big client campaigns and brand projects to manage the delivery of standout work. Meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations and helping to make DCW famous for our creative work and brand activism heart are what make us all tick, so we’re after someone who’s on the same wavelength. Whether it’s on a full bells and whistles campaign launch or managing a client brief through our internal studio teams, this person will balance being the day-to-day coordinator, project manager and details person connecting all activity from inception through to launch whilst getting stuck in when the time is right on execution and delivery. A supportive consultant for our internal teams and an extraordinary account and projects manager that love themselves a bit of Asana (our PM platform), this person can happily ask for or give sound advice, is comfortable in client settings and is always up for a lovely chat with their team. We have access to Soho Works, giving lounge membership to our team and enabling them to work from multiple locations. However, we do operate a flexible working model, meaning that we can decide where we work based on the workload and schedule. Obviously, we need to be in the office when there are client or team meetings, and it’s really important to have time together to build relationships, but how and where you work is ultimately down to you. Personal attributes Responsible and accountable for their own and others’ work, delegating effectively to balance a varied and always-evolving workload Impeccable project manager and able to manage the workflow of juniors on the team and our fabulous freelancers, as well as managing client expectations on key activity Demonstrable skills in PM with experience on Asana/similar project management software and project management or campaign delivery experience Confident in taking the lead day to day, triaging internal and external requests and bringing in the right level of internal senior resource to get the job done on time Responsibilities: Day-to-day client lead on key press office accounts within the agency, including but not limited to femtech challenger brand Elvie, global tech company Orgvue, sustainable online grocer Motatos and barefoot lifestyle brand VivoBarefoot. Taking the lead on campaign or client press office execution, supporting on media strategy and brief development, managing PR plans and client comms around those plans, and generally being the go-to at the heart of project delivery Managing the day-to-day team and our freelance resource to ensure the best possible results from a media perspective surrounding sell-ins and campaign or story launches, relentlessly making sure we follow through on key actions every time, on time Overseeing project management across client campaigns and activity, able to manage and allocate resources alongside our ADs and senior team, according to conflicting priorities to ensure we deliver what we say we will, when we say we will, to the high standard clients have grown accustomed to How to apply Please click here to apply for this role, this will take you to the Don't Cry Wolf career page.
