Job title: Senior Consultant, PR & Influencer
Main purpose: Oversee campaigns and work for DCW’s clients, manage influencer relationships like a pro and deliver top-notch results for clients
Salary: £40k-£45k pa

  • Knows the UK media landscape inside out and loves developing relationships with influencers and press across a variety of industries and sectors
  • Able to critically evaluate the work we’re doing based on what we’re trying to achieve and the right press and influencer strategies that’ll deliver 
  • Brilliant at working directly with influencers, press and clients and able to mentor junior members of the team to confidently do the same
  • Wants to take the lead on creating effective influencer and press strategies that deliver on clients objectives  
  • Able to understand DCW’s commercials and business objectives 
  • Confident with DCW’s project management platforms and expectations
  • Is approachable, collaborative and holds themselves accountable


  • Taking responsibility for developing excellent influencer and press strategies across your clients 
  • Keeping up to date with trending topics / content and using that knowledge to suggest new ideas to clients 
  • Taking a lead on creating campaigns and approaches for clients 
  • Understanding and using DCW’s influencer, press and insights tools confidently to create effective campaigns that meet the client’s business and comms objectives  
  • Devising and selling campaigns to clients across a number of different sectors
  • Leading and supporting the creation of new business proposals by putting forward relevant and well thought out ideas
  • Effectively coaching and developing the people you line manage  
  • Making sure the junior team are trained and supported when it comes to identifying and working with relevant influencers and press
  • Managing deadlines and projects for yourself and your account teams
  • Identifying areas of opportunity to improve our contribution to society and planet and the people we work with
