Gemma Bell, Gemma Bell and Company, Founder - Gemma was 17 years old when she first worked in a restaurant as a waitress, a pretty awful pasta restaurant, but she was hooked! Once in London she worked in bars and restaurants throughout her years of study and ended up working front of house for Marco Pierre White. After 4 years, Gemma moved into PR having had no previous experience, first managing the PR for the restaurants and bars at the hotels, followed by a hospitality company in London and then an agency, before branching out into the world of freelance.

Gemma set up the agency in 2011 after seeing a growing demand for PR in the hospitality industry. Now, ten years on and the agency is working with the UK's most prolific chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers, as well as championing exciting rising stars. Clients include Ottolenghi, Tom Kerridge, Angela Hartnett, Padella, Yard Sale pizza and many more.
