Step into PR - Application Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for Step into PR. Step into PR is the Taylor Bennett Foundations virtual insight programme.

Designed to inspire young people from a Black, Asian and minority ethnic background to explore a career in PR & Communications, Step into PR will provide young people with opportunities to gain valuable skills and explore a variety of career options within the PR industry. Programme aims including showing that:

• You don’t need a degree to work in PR
• You don’t need to live in London to have a career in PR

By taking part in this five day programme, young people will build their confidence and a range of skills including teamwork, presentation and time management. Interactive sessions will take place with a range of PR professionals from agencies and in-house comms teams, with independent learning and team working.

By the end of the week, attendees will have the confidence to apply for work experience and internship opportunities, starting with the Taylor Bennett Foundations very own Summer Stars internship programme or work experience weeks with our employer network.

Application deadline: 13th October 2023
Interviews: Week commencing October 9th (we will still review applications on a rolling basis)
Programme start/end date: 23rd – 27th October 2023.
