Fortnum & Mason are looking for an Employee Networks and Engagement Coordinator to join the Fortnum’s Family! This role supports the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, in delivering the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programme and managing our Employee Networks to help develop a truly inclusive environment where each person’s ideas, thoughts and perspectives are treasured. Key Accountabilities: Working with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, you will input into and drive forward our D&I strategy, throughout the employee journey. Shape our measures of success and define and deliver D&I reporting so that we can have a clear and transparent view of our progress, and springboard for future change Take insight from our employee surveys and listening groups to shape how we create meaningful connections and a sense of community at Fortnum’s in line with our brand. Be a visible and inspiring champion for networking, and work with Subject Matter Experts across the business to coordinate all network at Fortnum’s, including: Sustainability Network, Parental Network, D&I Network and Social and Wellbeing Network. Build momentum with our Employees surrounding our Diversity & Inclusion and Connection & Community agendas by working with members of the Employee Communications team to communicate regularly and host events, which inspire, educate and build awareness. Build relationships with key groups in the community and seek to define ways in which we can work with them to create a support network and help us challenge unconscious bias that exists in society. Work with Marketing & Communications to consistent messaging at key moments in time that helps us to share our story in a way that reflects our brand. Work with the HR team to ensure all policies sufficiently are designed with D&I in mind.
