Consultant / Senior Consultant | Project Management

Our data science and analytics group is seeking an entrepreneurial and creative (Senior) Consultant, Project Management. The (Senior) Consultant, Project Management will work in close collaboration with the Head of Data & Analytics to manage workflows, plan capacities, and support practice and product commercials. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising staffing, matching skill sets with projects, and ensuring quality standards and business requirements are met. They will also partner with the various project teams to manage financial health on projects. 

What You'll Do 

  • Be the first port of call for internal team members regarding data & analytics needs
  • Support analytics projects from the research design over execution to feedback and learnings
  • Track the group’s financial health and aid in forecasting 
  • Manage the execution of various types of analytics projects in parallel 
  • Implement processes for effective and efficient project management 
  • Allocate and redistribute resources to deliver projects on time and on budgets
  • Draft and manage scopes of work 
  • Scope and track budgets and timelines, present status updates and anticipate risks 
  • Liaise with external vendors 
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and asks the necessary questions to manage firm and client data responsibly
  • Understands FTI’s values, Code of Ethics and the Strategic Communications Rules of Practice and demonstrates a strong commitment to applying these concepts in daily interactions with colleagues and clients. Qualifications and Experience 

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Expertise in project management and workflow tools 
  • Experience in working with different kinds of people across hierarchy levels, backgrounds, and expertise areas
  • Ability to generate trust in your skills and effectiveness   
  • Clear grasp of projects containing different types of deliverables in analytics 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Appetite for learning 
  • Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team 
  • Capability to work with other subject matter experts on joint solutions 
  • Excellent English
  • This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in the digital/technology industry 
  • Additional language skills
