Jobs board Greenhouse - Associate Director Associate Director Greenhouse is looking for an Associate Director to join our fast-growing energy and clean tech practice, based in London or Bristol. You will lead creative, integrated communications campaigns for change making brands, technology pioneers and global leaders in clean energy. You will be a senior leader, owning client accounts, devising impactful multi-disciplinary campaigns and supporting a high-functioning team. Essential skills: Track record devising and executing creative strategies and integrated campaigns using multiple communications and engagement disciplines that deliver tangible impact. Strong experience leading communications and/or policy campaigns for energy and/or clean tech companies, from start-up to multinational scale, with deep sector knowledge. Proven ability to independently lead client relationships, manage large and small accounts and teams in an integrated communications agency. Proficient at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and working well in a fast-paced working environment. Adept at budgeting and efficient campaign management. Able to lead, coach and build the capabilities of junior members of the team. Desire to seek out new business opportunities and support a fast growth practice. Understanding of the UK and/or international policy environment for energy. Desirable skills: Experience delivering policy, public affairs and/or stakeholder engagement activities. Experience delivering international communications campaigns. Experience running and facilitating client workshops (e.g. strategy / messaging).
