Individuals having between 5-15 years’ experience with media/press, communications and writing will be considered for roles. Direct experience in journalism is a plus. Experience with exposure to government, politics or political campaigning is a plus. International experience is a plus. Key tasks of the role: Play an integral role in the success of accounts, with a focus on delivering value for clients. Help devise and execute media and communications strategies along with account teams. Engage diverse stakeholders across media, international affairs, think tanks and government/politics. Provide support to clients on campaigns, issues and crises. Support business development as required. Support and mentor more junior staff and interns as required. If assigned, lead client account teams. Skills required: Media/media relations. Strong written and verbal communication. Strategic thinking. An international outlook. Ability to travel internationally, as needed. Attention to detail, reliability and follow-through. Commercial awareness. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios.
