However, it’s time to grow. Our agency is going through a very exciting growth period, with a number of new accounts wins under our belt, which means we need some incredible new talent to join our team.

We are looking for a confident, experienced, dedicated and passionate Senior Account Manager  to join our team, leading across a variety of accounts. You will need to have strong new biz experience from leading at the start of the process to the finish, fluency and confidence in agency/account profitability is key as well as being a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. Key skills we’re looking for are an ability to manage upwards, ability and experience to grow current clients & successfully alleviate any issues with clients in order to ensure a great working relationship as well as having a passion for developing your team and managing them in a way that brings the best out of them.

  • Acting as the point of contact and lead on a range of exciting accounts
  • Acting as a mentor and soundboard for junior team members of the team
  • Ensuring day to day, efficient and accurate communication with clients
  • Following the agency process, prioritising tasks and development of timelines
  • Getting involved with the creative brainstorming process
  • Developing solutions for clients, being diligent and passionate about delivering campaigns to brief and budget
  • Writing engaging press releases and pitching to clients
  • Ensuring the agency hits coverage KPIs set for each client
  • Ability to build on an already established network of media contacts and sell in skills


  • New biz experience from new biz leads, to pitches to onboarding & beyond
  • Strong management experience
  • Strong relationship building
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role in a comms agency
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • A track record of executing campaigns
  • Expert in creating and pitching stories to press
  • Broad understanding of integrated comms landscape
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Have a “can-do” attitude
  • Able to work under time pressure
  • Very high standard of written and spoken English
