Our three-month internship programme offers interns the opportunity to sit within one of the following departments: Consumer & Lifestyle, Strategic Communications/Entrepreneur & Business, and Technology. Our internship scheme provides interns with a comprehensive introduction to the industry, as well as the daily functions across our PR, social, and digital functions through hands-on experience. During your time with us, you will gain exposure to many operational aspects of an integrated communications agency and will be able to explore and take part in the various initiatives our culture teams have to offer (from Sport & Social to Wellness, and CSR & Charity to Diversity & Inclusion). What you will do: Writing press releases Selling in client stories to newspapers and magazines Attending meetings and inclusion on conference calls Monitoring the media Creating and posting content for social media channels Social listening and channel monitoring Supporting social media campaign management Assisting with client reports, channel analysis, and competitor analysis Blog writing Scheduling meetings, speaking engagements, appearances, photo shoots, and events Screening and taking phone calls Creating interview materials Compiling contact lists Searching for press clippings Creating or updating databases Research and preparing presentations Greeting guests and clients Miscellaneous frontline PR and social media work The skills they are looking for: No previous experience is required Enthusiastic Aspiring professionals (with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn) Good communication skills (written and verbal) Enjoy consuming the news (through publications, new channels, and social media) Previous work experience of any kind NOTE: You must be a registered Summer Stars candidate to apply for this role.
