As long-term supporters of the Taylor Bennett Foundation, we are excited to be once again recruiting interns through their Summer Stars programme. Two of last year’s summer stars are now in permanent roles with us. We’re a multi-specialist PR agency with strong consumer, corporate, digital and technology teams whose talent, creativity and passion continues to attract high profile clients.

If you’re a dynamic self-starter who is looking to kick start their communications career working on big brands and campaigns, this could be the role for you.

As one of the Interns on the team you will start to get to grips with a range of PR and communication skills, working across multiple accounts supporting the team with a broad range of activity. Our coaching and buddy systems will also ensure you have the support and guidance needed to succeed in the world of comms.

Some of the things you will be doing…

• Support the team in drafting written materials including press releases, invitations, social posts, web copy, contact reports, influencer outreach, activity reports and client emails.
• Gain an understanding of our clients’ work through joining team meetings and shadowing day-to-day activity
• Have a keen eye on a variety of media, influencer and social platforms to gain an understanding of how to target them effectively and how materials are tailored to different channels.
• Provide research, organisational and administrative support as required.

Who you are…

• You are eager to learn and passionate about communications.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills across a range of formats with a strong attention to detail.
• An interest in media and current affairs
• Have a can-do attitude.
• A team player with the desire to get stuck in from day one.

We’re looking an intern for each of the following teams

• Our Play team focuses on leisure and lifestyle brands including travel, mobile technology, gaming and home entertainment.
• Corporate & Technology work with some of the world’s most innovative companies, providing communications services that promote and protect our clients using a range of PR strategies.
