This is an award-winning PR agency that specializes in high-growth technology companies. It was founded in 2002 and has over 50 communications specialists who work with tech clients on corporate, B2B and B2C campaigns. This agency has offices in London, Paris and Berlin, and has expert consultants covering Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria. 

We support our clients on everything from product launches, profile raising, content creation and crisis management. This agency currently represents some of the globe’s most high-profile technology companies as well as fast-growth early stage companies and venture capital firms.

You'll act as a resource for multiple account teams, allowing you to work with and learn from many different team members. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day execution of a variety of PR campaigns, which will give you the chance to develop an understanding of our clients’ goals and sectors.

What you will do:

  • Internal/account administration: updating client media lists and the agency master media list, daily monitoring of relevant enquiries from Response Source (media monitoring database), daily monitoring of Twitter for journalist requests relevant to clients, and flagging relevant media opportunities proactively to your team
  • Client administration: support in updating activity trackers, coverage trackers and putting together quarterly coverage reports; support in putting together meeting/call agendas 
  • Editorial: learning to write content (pitches, commentary and/or opinion articles) that is clear and compelling, and in a tone of voice appropriate for media
  • Media pitching: working with your team to proactively pitch story angles for media on behalf of clients and build relationships with relevant journalists 
  • Brainstorming: contributing to team brainstorms around client activity. This will be helped by reading around clients to broaden your knowledge of their target audience and competitors
  • Managing time effectively & communicating openly: balancing account work to ensure tasks are completed within the deadlines set, and communicating with your team members if unsure of how to go about a task or which should take priority
