"In 2015 I graduated from the University of Leicester with an undergraduate degree in Politics. I left those three years of university behind me, not really knowing what it was that I wanted to do next. It was clear that I was having an identity crisis, and my friends knew me better than I knew myself. Whilst I was working in Madrid, my best friend suggested I apply for this ‘PR traineeship’ which she had seen on Working for an MP (w4mp)".

"She stressed that it was everything that I’d ever described as perfect for me. The traineeship was everything and more than I had wished for. The thing is, I had a lot of the skills required but it just needed to be refined to become the client handler that I am today.

From pitching for business, to knowing how to apply digital strategy to traditional PR, the Foundation helped me develop into the person I am now: confident, enthusiastic and a disciplined account director at Brunswick, where I get to work on things that I am really passionate about, from beauty, to digital and philanthropy. I have been at the firm for almost 3 years, where I joined as an executive, and I can say that no two days have ever been the same!"
