Taylor Bennett Foundation launches industry-backed Employer Partner Network with 21 Founding Partners

London, UK – 12th March, 2026

The Taylor Bennett Foundation (TBF) has today launched its new Employer Partner Network to strengthen collaboration with employers and accelerate progress on diversity across public relations and communications.

The Network launches with 21 founding partners spanning leading agencies, global brands and industry bodies, reflecting a shared commitment to building stronger, more representative teams.

At a time when access and progression remain uneven across the profession, the Foundation is bringing together employers committed to widening opportunity and building inclusive cultures where diverse talent can thrive.

We can open doors – but lasting impact depends on what happens once people walk through them.

Today’s launch of the Employer Partner Network marks a step change for the Foundation; a move beyond initiative-based support towards deeper, strategic collaboration with employers.

This structure ensures our partners continue to benefit from our outstanding talent pipeline, while accessing peer support and best-practice guidance that empowers them to foster cultures where diverse talent thrives.

I’m grateful to our Founding Partners. This is only possible because of their long-term commitment – and we look forward to welcoming others who share our ambition for a more inclusive industry.” said Koray Camgöz, CEO of the Taylor Bennett Foundation.

From Sponsorship to Strategic Partnership

The Employer Partner Network introduces three flexible tiers – Partner, Principal and Platinum – and provides consultancies and in-house teams with:

  • Direct access to TBF’s outstanding diverse talent pipeline
  • Structured engagement across programmes including the flagship Training Programme, Summer Stars Internship Programme, Mentoring, Reverse Mentoring, and Step into PR
  • Exclusive access to Employer Forum events under Chatham House Rule
  • Complimentary hosting of TBF Masterclasses
  • Discounted rates on TBF Jobs Board

From today, organisations outside the Employer Partner Network will no longer be able to deliver TBF Masterclasses on a complimentary basis. Masterclasses will remain complimentary for Employer Partner Network members as a core benefit of structured partnership.

This change, along with the wider partnership model, will further enable the long-term sustainability of the Charity’s operations, which have supported more than 1,400 Black, Asian and ethnically diverse professionals in communications.

““Diverse teams are stronger teams – and deliver better innovation, thinking and business outcomes. Our new partnership structure gives employers a clear and credible way to invest in and develop diverse talent while strengthening their own organisations. As Chair, I’m proud to support this collaborative model that moves the conversation from aspiration to action within companies and the wider industry.” said Avril Lee, Chair of the Taylor Bennett Foundation.
