London, 21 October 2026 – The Taylor Bennett Foundation (TBF) has appointed Gabrielle Williams, Strategic Communications Consultant at FTI Consulting, and Deepak Kumar, PR Manager, UK & Ireland at Lyft, to its Alumni Advisory Board.
Their appointments will help strengthen the Foundation’s alumni network and shape its support for people from ethnically diverse backgrounds as they progress in PR and communications.
In its first year, the Alumni Advisory Board, chaired by Amira Williams, has delivered professional development sessions on AI and CV writing, brought alumni together through social events and the Alumni Summer Showcase at BT, and supported alumni participation at Cannes Lions. This work has helped keep alumni connected to the Foundation and one another, creating opportunities to share experiences, build their networks and develop their careers.
Gabrielle Williams said: “I am really excited about my recent appointment to the Taylor Bennett Foundation Alumni Advisory Board. Having recently completed the TBF internship myself, I am excited to support the board in ensuring all alumni feel supported and connected to the TBF network. There is such strength in this community, and I look forward to giving back to a network that has supported my own career journey and helping future alumni benefit from the same sense of connection and opportunity.”
Deepak Kumar said: “TBF gave me the skills, network, and credibility I was looking for to start my career in PR on the right foot. Nearly a decade on from my traineeship, I’m thrilled to join the AAB and pay that investment forward. Most of all, I’m looking forward to supporting our alumni community with the practical tools and backing needed to stay in the industry for the long run.”
