Koray Camgöz

CEO

Koray is an internationally experienced, award-winning communications and business leader with 15+ years of shaping communications and inclusion strategies that drive business results.

As CEO of the Taylor Bennett Foundation, Koray leads a team dedicated to increasing the representation of diverse talent in PR and communications. His focus is on strengthening partnerships and building support for the Foundation, empowering Black, Asian, and ethnically diverse professionals to thrive in communications careers. 

Before stepping into his current role, Koray was a Corporate Director at Ketchum, where he advised global B2B and B2C clients – including Adobe and Samsung – on corporate reputation, media strategy, and DEI. He led teams and delivered award-winning integrated campaigns across earned, paid, and social channels for blue-chip clients. Koray previously held communications leadership roles at the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

Koray has co-authored best-practice publications and speaks regularly at communications events in the UK and around the world, championing inclusion and the critical role of strategic communications in shaping business outcomes. In 2024, he was recognised as one of PRovoke Media’s Innovator 25 for EMEA, and in 2025 he was named in the PRWeek Power Book and appointed a Fellow of the PRCA.

Gabrielle Thuesday

Director of Programmes & Operations

Joining the Foundation in 2019, Gabrielle is the Director of Programmes and Operations. She shapes the strategic direction and development of the Foundation’s professional development programmes. With previous project management experience spanning across the educational tech and charity sector, Gabrielle’s expertise in managing the team’s operational programme delivery continues to achieve award-winning success for the young people we support.

As a champion of our core mission, Gabrielle is a people-focused leader who cultivates a culture that promotes productivity, creativity, and growth across her team and our alumni network. She is also the Mental Health Workplace Responder for the Foundation and a neurodiversity awareness and social mobility advocate. 

As part of our 2024-2027 growth strategy, Gabrielle will strategically lead the innovation of our programmes alongside increasing our social mobility footprint.

Lucinda Lalor

Finance Manager & Company Secretary

Lucinda is the MVP at the Foundation, as she has been the Finance Manager & Company Secretary for over ten years. As a self-employed consultant, Lucinda is responsible for our finance department. She delivers the planning and management of our finances and maintains and develops financial systems and processes that are fit for our purpose.

As well as contributing to the Foundation’s strategic planning, Lucinda ensures the Foundation is compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements as our company secretary.

Shanet Mehari

Senior Programme Manager

(Summer Stars and TBF x CIPR Reverse Mentoring Programme)

Shanet joined the Foundation in 2024 and currently manages our TBF x CIPR Reverse Mentoring, PR Mentoring & Summer Stars Programmes. With experience in mentoring, programme management and fundraising, Shanet supported sixth-formers and university students from disadvantaged backgrounds secure places at top universities and insight and work experience within the legal sector. 

Shanet also volunteers at a charity which supports adults and families from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds to engage with their local community and receive support with education and employment. 

With a keen interest in improving access, workplace culture, personal development and entrepreneurship, Shanet will focus on the innovation of our mentoring and reverse mentoring programmes to align with our 2024-2027 growth strategy.

Oris Ikomi

Senior Programme Manager (PR Training Programmes)

Oris is a Talent Development specialist and certified Performance Coach with over 10 years’ experience working with some of the UK’s leading employers across the private, public, and third sectors. He specialises in designing and delivering inclusive talent development programmes that attract, develop, and support diverse talent pipelines. 

Recognised for his practical insight and inclusive approach, Oris is a strategic leader passionate about championing accessibility and creating inclusive pathways for future talent. He has led the design and delivery of award-nominated early careers programmes, scaled digital engagement initiatives, and developed coaching frameworks that have improved employment outcomes for over 200 students and graduates, while also training more than 400 leaders in inclusive leadership practices. 

Having previously worked with the Foundation in 2023, Oris now leads the PR Training Programme, working closely with employer partners to develop the next generation of PR and Communications professionals. 

Outside of work, Oris is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys taking part in fitness challenges and is committed to continuous self-development. He is also an avid Formula 1 fan.
