Eulogy | PR Account Manager

- Location: London (hybrid working)
- Salary: £35-40K (depending on experience)
Are you an established AM ready to make your mark at a new agency, or an experienced SAE looking to step up? We’re looking for a PR Account Manager to join our team, working across an exciting mix of B2B and Consumer clients including Amazon, Oura, NatWest, NESO, and more.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive communicator with strong account management skills, capable of leading day-to-day activity across multiple clients. A true media hound with sharp instincts, great contacts, and a constant flow of ideas, they’ll know how to land impactful coverage and craft compelling stories. They’ll bring sector knowledge, creative flair, and a collaborative spirit to deliver standout work.
The role involves:
- Leading the day-to-day running of client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Acting as the trusted first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering strategic counsel.
- Driving media relations with energy and creativity – developing ideas, pitching stories, and leveraging strong media contacts to secure standout coverage.
- Shaping and editing content with precision, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- Developing and managing campaign plans, adapting schedules as needed to keep work on track and within budget.
- Contributing to the creative process – interrogating briefs, proposing ideas, and helping to develop integrated strategies.
- Supporting organic growth through client development, identifying new opportunities and helping shape proposals and pitch materials.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members, providing feedback, clear briefs, and contributing to their progression.
- Ensuring strong commercial awareness – from managing third-party costs and budgets to supporting accurate billing and financial processes.
