Employer Partner Network
Connect | Learn | Shape Change
We are passionate about building partnerships with employers who are aligned with our vision, mission and values. The Taylor Bennett Foundation Employer Partner Network is a partnership programme for organisations that are serious about building inclusive workplaces and investing in a diverse talent pipeline across the PR and communications industry.
Through annual partnership, partners become part of a collective effort to drive progress – funding the Foundation’s core work, accessing best practice, and connecting with peers who share a commitment to long-term change. It is a community for employers who understand inclusion is not an initiative but an investment — in people, in culture, and in the future of PR and communications.
